I am excited that I was able to lose 30 pounds (my goal) in the MHW “at home” program. Better yet, I have kept it off for more than a year now! What I liked best about the program is that was EASY to follow and I never felt hungry. Because I saw results quickly, I was able to stick to the Phase 1 of the plan more easily. Now that I’m on Phase 2, I eat the cereal almost every morning and take the meals to work to eat for lunch most days. I love being able to eat all kinds of fruit and vegetables and have improved my food choices immensely.
Although I am basically a healthy 53 year old, I was feeling the effects of an athletic childhood – with hip arthritis causing me regular discomfort. With the loss of 30 pounds and by adding exercise to my schedule, I am happy to report that I rarely have hip pain anymore. I am back to my college weight, have dropped two pants sizes, and my love handles are gone. And, I must say it’s nice when people comment on how good I look now.
